Melissa Grusche has been at Google for 11+ years, holding several leadership positions focused on Automotive and Specialty Retail businesses. Currently Melissa partners with retail marketing leaders on how to best utilize Google tools to achieve their business objectives. Beyond her core role, Melissa also launched and led the local Women@Google chapter. This is a global employee resource group that is committed to empowering all women at Google by connecting, developing and retaining female talent. Prior to joining Google Melissa held several leadership roles at traditional advertising agencies for Jeep, Chrysler, Chevrolet and Mazda. Melissa has a BA in English from the University of Michigan and lives outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan with her husband and two children.
